We have all heard of the "Other Woman". The woman who maintains a relationship with a married man. What about the other man? Is this heard of? Are there any single men that maintain relationships with married women? Or if they are attracted to a married woman who is willing, do they just have sex and go on their way?

Yes, the "other man" exists. Some of them maintain relationships, and some go on their way. We* didn't come out of a cookie cutter, y'know.
* "We" meaning men in general--I'm not an "other man."

Yup, that's pretty much it. I dated married women for a while and I would do the same thing over and over again. Befriend them listen to what they wished their husbands would do then mirror some of it and bang them. All the time pretending to give damn about their happiness and marriages. I admit I was shallow and didn't care about them.
