Well, according to the site below, I don't think your going to find your entree on the weight watchers menu! For a whole pizza, you get:

calories: 906
calories from fat: 486
total fat grams: 54
saturated fat grams: 19.8
cholesterol: 54 mg
sodium: 1710 mg
total carbs: 72 grams
dietary fiber: 10.20 grams
protein: 44.40 grams

Based on a 2000 calorie a day diet, you've used almost half of your calories on this one meal, not to mention that you've spent nearly all of your total fat and sodium, and went over on the daily value of saturated fat. It is low in cholesteral, though.

You might want to try the GRILLED SHRIMP SKEWER SALAD (2nd link), and perhaps SHARE that pizza with a few friends!

You can never trust those calorie counting information papers that the restaurants have. There was a study done and they found that the restaurants actually ad more calories by not keeping to the recommended portions. Especially on sauces.

Go to the website and find out:
http://www.applebees.com/

Different areas have different menus; so you'll have to check for yourself, because I don't see it on my local menu.
