boyfriend lied & told me he added me to acct & now I am only l left with his bank statement that came in the mail today!!! I dont' have any checks & he took out the debit card without me noticing. I was the only one working. & now only have his Amex statement & checking statement, but 4got exp date on credit card & neeed help! any advice??????

If you werent a joint acct.....not only has he left you.... he's stolen your money...
Get law enforcement involved...

If he never added you to the account, there's really nothing you can do to add yourself- which is what I assume you are asking. To the banker, having the statement just simply means you stole someone's mail. Sorry to say it, but people have to be very careful in situations like this. . . . And you can't use a credit card without the expiration date. Has your boyfriend left you? If so, he has taken your money (you mentioned you were the one working, and if that's the case, I would get all your pay stubs together which show a deposit to that account, quickly) and you could take him to small claims court to get the money back. . . . By putting the money into the account you gave him the money...so there isn't much you can do in the way of the law, it will look like you were giving him money even if you weren't.
I personally say write this one down as a lesson learned.

If your name is not actually on the account, anything you deposited was a gift to him. Even if your name IS on the account, you have no legal right to any money he has withdrawn. If your name is on the account, take ALL your money out and remove your name ASAP.
