it if is Kaileigh, I would think it was pronounce like Kai Leigh or Ky Lee not Kaylee. Just based on the spelling that is what I would think.

My first thought upon seeing that was Ky-lee.
I must agree, however, with the person that said it may not be a good idea to use that name if you aren't even sure how to spell it. It will be a problem for the whole life of the child. They will either be constantly asked how to pronounce their name, or everyone will mispronounce and/or misspell it. I think it looks kind of nice, but I am all for a more obvious name, that others can easily understand and spell.
Just my opinion.

while it does look like it would be pronounced "kay-lee" i do like the idea of pronouncing it "kail-lee" maybe spell it "kailey" or "kaillee" so people will think "hailey" with a "k" instead of "kaylee".
