the house is under my mothers name, its just the matter of getting hi to leave the house, he wont leave..
he tried to leave, but he came back within 3 days, and also in order for her to go out freely and see her mother(my grandma) he has to leave, it just makes me mad how she is so fragile and cant take a step to make things happen her way this time, instead of his

well your questions a little bit hard to understand, you should add more details... but usually people get divorced because they dont love eachother anymore and they dont want to be around each other. so thats weird that theyre still living with each other. and you need to sit down and talk to them about this

The living arrangements post-divorce are completely up to your parents so they can stay together if they want to. Since they are getting a divorce, they might be still living under the same roof because of money or convenience. Don't worry - they will go their own ways once one of them starts dating.

Don't worry about this - it's not your problem.

If they own the house jointly, until there is a written agreement including who gets it, if one leaves the other may get it by default (abandonment). This happened to my mother, who escaped my abusive father; because she physically left the house first, he got it all.

You don't, your mother has to. Stay out of their problems.
