Without an "=" sign the problem cannot really be ''solved''... I'm also not quite sure what you're asking...
If you mean: ((x^3) / (x^2 + 1)) / ((9x^2 + 9x + 9) / (x^2 - x))
the possible results are:
( (x-1) * (x^3 -1) ) / ( 9 * (x+1) * (x^2 + 1) ) or
( 1 - x ) / (9 (x^2 + 1)) + 2 / (9 ( x + 1)) + x/9 - 2

If you mean (x^3 + (1/x^2) + 1) / ( 9x^2 + 9x +(9/x^2) -x)
the possible result is (x^5 + x^2 - 1)/( 9 X^4 + 8X^3 +9)

Same as multiplying by the reciprocal

x^3 - 1.........x^2 - x
--------- X -------------------------
x^2 + 1.........9x^2 + 9x + 9

Factor out expressions to
reduce by common factors:

(x-1)(x^2 + x + 1).........x(x - 1)
---------------------- X --------------------
x^2 + 1........................9(x^2 + x + 1)

x(x-1)(x-1)
-------------
9(x^2 + 1)
