I am thinking of concentious objectors (espicially outside the quaker faith) people who say just because the goverment has told me to kill I won't! Perhaps they help in other ways drive ambulances, treat the wounded etc

just try to understand him, i always wonder if it was my son or my husband i would be scared to death , so even though it's necessary to fight i would never wish it for a member of my family
