Teddy Lupin is 19 in the epilouge. He is there to see his girlfriend, Victoire Weasley (who is Bill and Fleur's oldest daughter) off. Victoire is 17 and in the 7th year at Hogwarts, so Teddy is seeing her off.

He's not still in Hogwarts. He is 19. He wasn't at Kings Cross to get on the train... he was there to say goodbye to Victoire. He was kissing her because he wasn't going to get to see her again until she came home for Christmas. Like Harry Ginny Ron and Hermione were seeing their kids off, Teddy was seeing Victoire off.

Nope. Since he was just born, he'd be just a tad over 18.
He isn't in Hogwarts. He's a recent grad, and is coming to see his girlfriend Victoire off (she's younger than him, and still in school).

He's not still in Hogwarts, he's seeing Victorie off. Yes, he's on the train when James finds him making out with Victorie, but that was before the train departed. Since we are looking at the Weasley and Potter families just before the Hogwarts Express leaves, we don't see him depart.

Yeah. But like everyone says, he's just coming to see his girlfriend... who is Bill/Fleur's daughter. It's really odd how Ron, Hermione, and Harry end up being "sisters/brothers-in-law" and how there could be a possibility for Teddy who was Lupin's son O_O.

Teddy Lupin never boarded the Hogwarts Express. He was only coming to see Voctoire off.
"Our Teddy! Teddy Lupin! Snogging our Voctoire! Out cousin! And I asked Teddy what he was doing--"
"You interrupted them?" said Ginny. "You are so like Ron--"
"--and he said he'd come to see her off! And then he tole me to go away. He's snogging her!" James added as though worried he had not made himself clear.

He's not; he's just dating Victoire (Bill and Fleur's daughter) who is. he "came to see her off" to school (page 756)
