Too hot to cook. My wife and I made a large shrimp salad and washed it down with strawberry lemonade. The twins chose mac and cheese and chicken strips. How much in tips can a chicken make stripping?

My daughter and I just finished the last of the Oreos a few days ago! But I did make some nachos, which seemed to go over well. They might make their way to the desk later on if I get that midnight snack craving.....

I think we are doing left overs. But I have not decided yet. My son says he is not hungry. He is tired and wants to go to sleep. So he is laying on the couch watching cartoons. If he falls asleep it will be oreos for me.

I used my Chef Ninja skills and made a dinner out of foods that were originally leftovers from other dinners.

I ended up with hot dogs and mashed potatoes, a choice of either corn or green beans, and a sliced beets salad, with Otter Popsicles for dessert.

I don't cook, I can't even cook, so if Mom doesn't cook anything tonight, I'll be doing something similar to option 2.

Not tonight. Hubby's working late so I'm having fresh tomatoes from the neighbors garden and cottage cheese.
