A furry kitten by all means. The problem I had once was a wild cat came into my yard and had kittens. She wouldnt let us near them so we just went on feeding her. Eventually we were able to touch them. We tried to give them homes but no one wanted them so they lived in my yard til the next year when to my surprise we now had seventeen cats. I sent out a plea and found homes for all. Whew.....

But, on a more serious note, if you know anyone who might be a frequent visitor at your home that is allergic to one of those animals, you should probably choose the other one.

That is, of course, if you are looking into purchasing a pet.
