Here's some information from Symantec (makers of Norton products) about DrAntiSpy:

This malware has been around for 2 months so most antispyware programs should be able to handle it. You might want to contact your own AS provider for assistance. If they can't or won't help, you could try these free products.

Try to remove from Add/Remove in the Control Panel.
If this doesn't work,
click Start, Programs, right-click the program when you find it
See if it came with its own uninstall
