You need to take it to a mechanic because it can be several suspension related things:
- If high miles I would suspect Lower arms
- Ball joint
- Shocks or struts
- Idler arm
- Tie rod (Either the inner, the outer or both)
- Links
- Bushing
- alignment + any of the above
- loose wheel lugs
Etc...

Sounds like a ball joint. Not a hard job if you have the right tools. Good jack, Half inch breaker bar ratchet, a crows foot, and a little muscle! Good luck!

May need to balance the front wheels. Could be a defective tire if they are old.

could be shocks, axle, cv joints, front skid pate. pay attention to which side its on.
