The best prescription sleep aid is rozeram it is non-addicitive and works really well. The only problem is that it is new and has no generic so it is very expensive. If you have not tried diphenhydramine HCl you should try that it is the active ingredient in benadryl. 50mg should put you to sleep rather quickly. Hope this helps.

there is no good sleep aides there all adictive try a little warm milk,turkey,ham they all have sleep additives in them
