Since you are a guy, i would say no, guys won't like a guy because he has a boob job. Many things seem wrong with that.

Yes of course they will. Men like boobs, well not all men but....
However do you really want a guy who likes you just for boobs, seems like a rather shallow relationship to me.
I had no boobs at one time and still got asked out but not as much as i would have liked to. Looking back I do not blame my lack of boobs I blame my low self-esteem.
Carry yourself like you are special and believe it because you are, boobs are not, and guys will notice you.

If they don't like you as you look now, don't subject yourself to what might turn into a medical nightmare for you as you grow older. You don't need any guys who hold more regard for your augmented boobs than they do for you as a woman.
