macbookpro 15in / 2.4GHz?

Is there a logical reason why the price is 300 bucks more in europe. Besides the 220volts cable I need, should I grab one while in the states and bring it back?

The currency exchange rate might have something to do with it, If I could save 300 by purchasing a computer in a different country while I was there I would do it.

You should also take in account how much its going to cost you to get it home. The airlines charge extra for going over the weight limit and sending it through the mail or dsl/fed ex/ups might cost you the same as buying it over there.
