You mean like the judge who decided that a city could not create laws to help enforce others...ie A city cannot punish employers or landlords for hiring or renting to illegals.

(I also find it laughable that he actually said that immigration was a federal level, but you do not hear judges shutting down laws in the "sanctuary cities")

Yes, I think that there certainly should be punishment.

Definitely; but the problem is who is going to say what they've done is unconstitutional - the people of the other party always will.
