I say, Supernatural then One Tree Hill and then Smallville

Supernatural first. I think it is the best acted with the best stories overall.
Then I would go for Smallville. I don't find it amazing, but it has its moments.
Last I would pick One Tree Hill, as I find it very poorly acted with unbelievable/not entertaining storylines (for me, at least).
I know they are all 'teen' shows, but I find that the first two more than the last transcend that (Supernatural especially).

Well, im a huge Smallville fan..after that I'd say Supernatural and then One Tree Hill

I love both Smallville and Lincoln Heights. I didn't really watch Lincoln Heights though since they switched the night and time. But it's an awesome show.
