The only thing I can say is if you love yourself people will love you. Just go to a mirror and say "I love you (your name)" 10 times a day and eventualy you will love yourself at first it will be kind of weird but by the 10th time you say it you will be laughing and not taking yourself to seriously.

no, it's not depressing, laugh at yourself and have fun with it!!!! We all do things like that, just laugh them off, I can do the dumbest things that crack me up.
