I see on your profile that you are on level 1. Once you get up to a higher level, you can ask more questions and you can resolve them within 4 hours instead of 24 hours.

It depends on which level you are now ... beginners do have this limitation .. but when you start answering questions .. and get more points .. you will be able to ask more questions and participate with more answers .

yes and no because if we could be entirely open minded people would start saying stupid things to waste space were the people who really need hel;p couldn't but people might need that much help so...
