Weight gain, pregnancy and surgery are the ONLY ways to make them bigger. Pills DO NOT work and ARE NOT SAFE!

No. This will not work. Actually there is NO way to enlarge your breasts without surgery (implants). You can build up muscles under your breasts to make them look larger, but this will take longer than a few days.
