No..It will come off, because of the water damping the stickey section. It's just flow right off.
You can always use a small tampon. If you're worried about asking your parents, just tell them you're going on a trip and you really need tampons! Many girls wear tampons, its' normal.
But if you really don't want to, for whatever reason, then don't go swimming. And you say its dying down, you may be able to cheat it. Sometimes your menstural cycle will slow down, and the flow will stop in the water, so if you are bleeding, no one will be able to tell, unless its like in the pool in clear water.
But i wouldn't count on it.
Safest way, tampon.
Hope that helps!

NO! Go and buy the tampons for teens. They are smaller and are for a lighter flow.
You can bring a few along and keep them in a bag in the bathroom. Whenever you go, take the one out and check it for amount of blood. If you think it has stopped don't insert another. If you think you are starting to leak, go put another in!

ugh, periods ruin everything!! haha. don't wear a pantyliner. it will absorb water and do no good at all, it might even float away...that would suck! tampons are fine to wear with a light flow, but i guess that wouldn't do any good if you don't wear them...i would just hope that your period stops...otherwise, you have a "doctor's appointment" that day, remember?? haha just kidding...good luck!

Noooo! Everything on it will be washed off in the water. Tampons sweetie. If it's not enough for a tampon then stay out of the water until it's gone.

DON'T
whatever you do dont wear a panty liner while swimming
the panty liner will fill with water and loose its sticky back and end up floating in the water next to you
and i dont want you to be embarrassed
.. so i would wear a tampon ..
:D
hope that helps ..

No, pantiliners are not appropriate for swimming with. If you are still bleeding, even just lightly, a tampon is fine as long as you don't wear it for a long period of time.

Bad idea, wear a tampon for the few short hours you will be in the water.

I shouldn`t go swimming if you`re going to wear liners, it`ll probably float off down the pool.
