Voyager 1 and 2 are now Deep Space Probes and far beyond Pluto and still heading outward into Deep Space.
There are probably others out there, but Voyager 1 and 2 have been gone from Earth for 25 years (back when Jimmy Carter was President of the USA).
They say that in another 9000 years these two probes may be out in Deep Space if they are not destroyed by bits of debris impacting them as they fly on their journey outward.

The furthest man made object would have to be the first television broadcasts, since they have been drifting out into space at the speed of light since the end of the 30's. I was debating whether to call these objects but they are electromagnetic waves so they could the consider "objects".

Voyager 1, it left the orbit of the final planet in the solar system about a year ago. However, the last planet then was Pluto, it has now been decided that this is a ball of ice and not a planet.
