Yes of coarse, just pop into your local branch of bank and ask to make an appointment with either a loans specialist or a personal banker. Make sure that you shop around for the best deals and beware of scams or secret charges. Always get a second opinion

Yep. Happens all the time. The bank you get a loan with will want to see statements from the bank you have your account at. Very common.

yes. It might be easier to get a loan from Bank B if you have an account there, but you don't have to have an account there.

I don't see why not. Usually they are not connected, although banks do want all of your business. You might get better rates through the bank you deposit with but it's good to research and compare.

Yes, you can but your chances of getting a loan may be greater if you apply for a loan where your account is, since you're established there.

It is best not to have your loan where your checking account is because in the event you default on the loan, they can debit your checking or savings account. They do not need your consent to do this but they must notify in writing it was done.

Beware of Advance fee Loan scams.
ALL "Private Lenders" who ask for fees upfront are scammers...
my Advice: Don't deal with anyone from a foreign country and never use
wire transfer services.. you risk losing your $$ and your mind.
