I don't know, but wouldn't it affect your other senses? I thought hallucinations could be any sense, we just use our eyes so much that we generally think of hallucinations as harming them.

I found your question to be very funny. I don't know if you meant it as a joke, but I got a good laugh thinking about it. But, serious I would think that it wouldn't have the same effect it does on a sighted person. Probably the blind person other senses are effected more, and maybe the blind person might feel something in the room, but want see it like the sighted person. I know hallucinogens affect the brain area, which send signals to different areas of the body. My guest the blind person sound probably would affected the most. I not really sure on this I am only speculating, so I hope my answer help a little. Have a good day.

It has been indicated that hallucinogens can give individuals with color-blindness the ability to see color. Here's a link to some information about it.

As for more technical information, it's not likely a topic that is going to get money for research anytime soon.

Cool question, such a cool thought.
This would depend on whether the blindness was caused by damage was to the eyes themselves or the visual cortex. LSD produces visual effects by stimulating the visual cortex - If the visual cortex was functional then it would be perfectly possible to see them. Flashbacks should be possible for the same reason too.

But it causes hallucenations to all the senses to the other ones would be totally normal...

the senses get mixed up so a blind person would smell a sound, as weird as it sounds, or even something more bizarre. With people who can see, we could see a sound. It's definitely an anomaly but possible.

yes i would, hallucinations are caused in the brain not in the eye, But if you were blind all your life you probably would not hallucinate anything
