aww ur pretty, hun, don't need to get any prettier, i like ur haircut, very cute. try pulling your hair back into a pony, so we can actually see that pretty face of yours. pinkish lipgloss maybe? itll make you look girlier and happier, so will some blush. your eyes dont need makeup because it'll look too busy with your bangs.

Cut your bangs just a little shorter so your eyes can show more. I think you would look great with smokey charcoal eyes and a pretty clear shiny gloss lip. Black Mascara and eyeliner and a beige blush. You are already very beutiful, but this will just bring your features out more.
Edit: Don't use brown eyeliner it does not go on dark enough at all. It's a waste of time and money.

If you want very good professional makeup tips I highly reccomend a makeup counter at your local department store like macys or nordstroms. Bring 20-40 bucks and ask for a makeover, then at the end they appreciate if you buy one or two of the products they used on you!
But.....
Confidence is better than makeup anyday!

Honey you are already pretty... but if you want some makeup tips, since you have brown eyes, use a dark brown eyeliner instead of black, it will make them stand out. Use purple eye shadows and your lips would look great with any kind of gloss. But I think you are beautiful just the way you are.

you are already VERY pretty. But i would suggest some light pink blush on your cheeks, dark brown eyeliner, and black mascara if you want makeup tips. Don't make the eyeliner to thick though. Also, more layers in your hair and side-swept hair, they're really flattering.

You are so pretty already! Maybe put some lip gloss on, wear a new outfit, stand up tall, but relaxed. Don't cover up your face. You don't need make up, just a kick *** attitude!

but if u want
eyeliner, eye shadow, lip gloss to make ur lips look plump, alittle bit of blush not much
and u look like even more prettier than u are now not that ur not pretty
