y^4 - 4 x^4 y³

Numerator: (x^4y)(y^4-4x^4y^3)

Cancel x^4y

Ans: (y^4)-(4x^4)(y^3)

(x^4y^5-4x^8y^4) / (x^4y)

= x^4y^5 / (x^4y) - 4x^8y^4 / (x^4y)

= y^4 - 4 x^4 y^3
