It is from the movie and book called "Mrs. Robinson", played by Ann Bancroft. See the movie, it explains a lot.

In the film The Graduate, listless recent college graduate Benjamin Braddock (Dustin Hoffman) has an affair with an older married woman, Mrs. Robinson (Anne Bancroft).

She was a character in the movie, "The Graduate". She was played by the late, great Anne Bancroft; her character was the mother of the fiancee of Dustin Hoffman's character. She seduced him in the film.
