Im not entirely sure that's the case. Of course preference is personal, but I think you'll find the balance quite even.
Perhaps this is a historical legacy from the 50's when the "western" blonde was popular (Marilyn Monroe comes to mind) And certainly blondes are admired from many far eastern countries - but the balance is tipped by the overwhelming amount of guys who, in fact prefer blacks, asian, and especially latino girls!

A women is a women but if I have a choice of approaching a women, it would be the blond because chances are I would get laid. Cant say the same about the others.

Not true. I know most white guys seem into the whole blonde thing, but there are redophiles, brunette lovers, and guys who don't care about hair color at all. And I know plenty of guys who don't care about race either.
