Confidence. I do it all the time. I also do other things alone, like movies etc. But I also do stuff with people. Depends on my mood.
People that NEED someone else with them are usually the "lonely" ones.

I comprehend I hate eating on my own in a cafe. whether the nutrition is sturdy, i'm able to come out being depressed. Confidence! I have three kids and work, if I could go out to eat by myself I would do it in a heart beat. I'd probably get up during my meal and cut someone's food for them or wipe their mouth though.

i often ate on me own, i do like cooks to cook for me and i don't always find someone to go with me at that specific time. and yes, i don't mind , a confident girl that happens to be ALONE AT THE TIME.
