i don't see why not, of course i'd never figure out how, i still havn't been able to set up my 360 page or use my real photo for my avatar, i'm afraid i am a technical failure! oh well we all can't be good at every thing!

No, to many photos make it cluttered and hard to read. I actually like the set up here.

Yes but also see the potential to be abused by both the users and reporter/trolls.
On at least one other site they don't have the report button problem.
