That depends on the type of business . . . but in general the Mira Mesa/Sorrento Valley area is a good bet because it is little more then a half hour from most places in the county (not counting traffic) and it is between most of the mjor freeways.

In terms of traffic and freeway access, Mission Valley is a good option. However, it depends on the type of business well.

Clairemont, Tierrasanta, Linda Vista, the Golden Triangle...all of those are quick from almost anywhere.
