Okay we are talking about climate, stable government, a form of democracy, air quality, water quality, quality health care, low crime, food quality, financial standard of living, and I assume a country that English is spoken.
So it is difficult to answer your question when we do not know what type of climate you per fer. But as someone who has traveled to numerous countries--to me it is the good old United States of America. We have limited social programs stressing our tax base, and there are few ceilings for educated individuals in sciences and math fields.
It you don't mind learning a new language or cold weather, Norway is the great country, it has the highest standard of living than any country on the globe(highest income per capital).

well the answer is very simple, you have to live with your parents and have a good job. Living with your parents means that you don't have to pay all the bills at home or buy yourself food to eat, and try not to go out and party because that leads to wasting some money. Better advise is just live your life have fun and party while you still young. Worry about that when you get older.

if you have unique salable skills, anywhere with little competition and high demand will be good.

alas, if you're like the rest of us ... God only knows and He isn't telling.
