I just to ask that,what is the most common reason to have a small breast size even in the age of 22?
And what is the solution for it? by using breast enlargement pills or the surgery??

Genetics are the reason some women are smaller than others.
Weight gain, pregnancy and surgery are the ONLY ways to make them bigger. there are no magic pills or foods. Any pills will just be bad for your health.

It's genes and hormones. Pills don't help. Gel implants are approved and much softer and longer lasting than before, so that would be a way to go. It will not last forever though. Most women need to have it re-done for different reasons, but for many that can take years. Choose a good doctor. Don't go for cheap, their implants are of suspicious quality. Look for a certified experienced surgeon. Also, you can do financing so that helps if you don't have enough money to pay for it at once.

There is no specific reason. Just some women don't develop large breasts. Usually they are totally functional(breastfeeding) though. Pills don't work. The only way to get larger breasts is to have surgery.

Um well i have no idea but surgery would hurt and could go wrong so i suggest pills.
