Now that you know this boy likes you, you will need to communicate your feelings to him. I agree, doing this will be tough, but there's really no way around it other than to completely ignore him, and I don't think you're wanting to do that. First, thank him for his note and for sharing his feelings with you, and tell him you have been thinking about him, too. Second, plainly explain that your heart is still unsettled about your feelings for him, but that you want to keep talking and doing things together so you can get to know him better, thus giving yourself a chance to make a decision in your heart about him. This is assuming you are interested in spending time with him. If you are not, then I would say you do not like him enough to be his girlfriend, and you should let him know this as soon as you can. Yes, it won't be easy, but it has to be done. Hopefully you will make room for him in your life at least for a little while; because, having been a boy his age once, I know he's hoping for that, too!

You need to write a note or talk to him. If you do not have a boyfriend make this work. You gave him a signal of holding his hand that says a lot to guys. I think what you are unsure of is your feeling for him. Just fun and be yourself and see how much fun you can have together.

Go on some dates with him to figure out your feelings for him. But don't be too shy to admit your feelings...especially as you get older, guys hate in when girls don't know what they want in a relationship. It's worse than being rejected, because it's like you're toying with their emotions.
But it's ok to be confused when you first meet someone, so give it a try and see. If it doesn't work out you can still be friends.

Just take things slow and easy, since you so young there is no great big rush with any thing. If your not sure if you like him or not, you can always just get together here and there and see how things go.
You can let him know that you want to take it slow and easy and see how things go, that will give you some time to get to know him more. Also, it will give you time to know if you really like him or not.
I wish you the best with your decision. God bless!

He likes you and has made that clear, be nice to him no matter what you decide to do.
(I'll bet that months from now you will be asking how to get this guy back after letting him go)

I would just go out in groups...and see if he is someone you have things in common with. If so, you could eventually go out on dates, ect. But with groups, you dont just have to be with your b/f (?) if he turns out to be the opposite of what you think. Maybe you will find out eventually if you like him!
Good Luck,God Bless

You should be honest with him and let him know that you aren't sure how you feel. Maybe you could spend some more time getting to know him to help you decide what you are feeling.

Take some time and get to know him even better and then think about if you like him.

Go out with him for a bit and find out if you guys really click. Going on a few dates doesn't make you exclusive.
