If you've never been in business before, I would strongly recommend that you talk to a business counselor before you do anything especially spend money. I'd call the local office of SCORE (go to http://www.score.org and input your zip code to find the chapter nearest you), the advice is FREE.

The counselor at SCORE will most likely advise you to write a business plan which is very good advice because it will force you to dig out all of the start up details and the costs of building a hotel and force you to also understand all of the aspects of this business including the customers you'll concentrate on (your market ) and how you'll go after them.

Try this link :

and read some of the articles especially the ones about a business plan and starting a business.

Good Luck

1) If you have the financial resources you should get in touch with a property developer. Google for that information.

2) If money is an issue, put your ideas in writing and send them through the postal system to yourself. Do not open the package and make sure its been date stamped. This is the poor man's patent. (I don't know if your idea is patentable but regardless it will show a date for idea ownership). Get an attoryney to represent you with several hotel chains to see if they have an interest in using your ideas.

Good luck!

Do you have lots and lots of money? Like millions of dollars? If not, it will likely remain just an idea. Sorry.
