If you are a US citizen u do not need one but i am from the USVI and i suggest that u get a passport i have one just to be on the safe side

as far as the Gov is concerned, no

Now your AIRLINE might ask for one on the lame excuse that "they might have to divert" to a foreign country SO CHECK YOUR AIRLINE!!!!!!
