Because if I were to say anything then people would think that I was crazy and put me away. I also feel ashamed of some of my skeletons so I lock them up and they will never come out.

I hang my skeletons on the coat rack in the hallway out in the open.

probably having skeletons in your closets acts as your defense mechanism for yourself and for you ego... because for some, when people know something about you, you become vulnerable, you feel weak... so sometimes you just have keep certain things to yourself as protection...
