I NEVER believe in curses, until the Phillies played their this past few days.
They lost a few players to the DL 2 in one night.
then the next night lost another.

Jeff I gave you a thumbs up cuz yeah curses are usually an excuse for losing. but the phillies go to wrigley and lose so many players in that series makes ya wonder

I don't know if it's cursed, but I know it's a dump. While I think every baseball fan should visit once, trust me, once is enough. If any team needs a new stadium, it's the cubs. There is nothing I like more than walking into the stadium and the first smell to hit my nose isn't peanuts or grass or beer, but urine. Makes for a good day at the park.

Wrigley isn't cursed. The Cubs won six Pennants there before their current drought began in 1945. And the Bears won eight NFL Championships there in the pre-Super Bowl era, before moving to Soldier Field. It's not the ballpark that's cursed, it's the team.

I don't believe in curses. It's just dumb bad luck. Explain half of the Jays starting lineup on the DL at the beginning of the season? They were nowhere near Wrigley then.

If the Cubs are good enough they will continue to win and go to the playoffs. I would think that the possibility of a curse is way down on the list of concerns of Cubs players and management.
