At this point it's hard to say. Sure, it looks pretty bad right now but you have to remember the media will jump on ANYTHING that make him look guilty cos that's the more dramamtic story so at this point the facts are skewed. once we get to trial and we start to hear ALL the details, we'll get a better idea. I persoanlly feel that he had to at least know something... so at the very least he is guilty of very poor judgement.

He needs (and has the right) to stand trial. His trial should be simply about the facts. issues of race and celebrity should not have any influence either way.

Evidence and Vick's history says guilty

This is the U.S. He hasn't been to trial yet. Therefore by the way our Constitution is written he is STILL INNOCENT, you know Innocent until proven Guilty in a Court of law. Now with the charge being Conspiracy he WILL be proven Guilty, but that is another story.

Hey Caleb do you realize how many people have plead not guilty and yet GOT CONVICTED. Almost all of them were at the Court and plead not Guilty to a JUDGE, some had the lawyer do it for them. That is MEANINGLESS.

GUILTY! Look at his past problems, and people just don't decide to wager on an illegal dog fight match, that stuff's planned way ahead and it's usually high-stakes wagering. If a Grand Jury found enough evidence to indict him, he's as good as guilty IMHO. His brother is no saint either!

This is a no-brainer: GUILTY! Vick is just the blackeye that the NFL did not need. He's a piece of crap criminal thug who deserves to be in prison.

Let the courts decide. Honestly, I could really care less about what happens to Vick.
