it'll become regular again
but if you're scare give your do a call.
you probaly gain weight because of bloating, extra water in you.

it'll go away.

here's tips to lose weight though

build muscle. it'll take your extra fat.(fat that didn't get burn)
i don't exactly remember how.

drink lots of water, eat nuts and raisins to increase metabolism
workout.
eat healthy.
eat slowly, because it takes awhile for food to digest, so
it takes awhile to be full after eating.

eating slowly will allow you to know when you're full to eat less.

don't sit in front of the tv while eating.

do aerobic exercises

do 2 30min exercises then have a 20 min break you'll lose more wight than not taking breaks at all

starving will get you skinnier but at the end of it when you eat normally again your body will be saving it,
and you'll gain weight faster
like bears saving their food for the winter.

Why would you do that to yourself? Your body thought that you were starving your self and went into starvation mode. It stored more fat to survive. The only way to lose weight is to really do the work. Eat right and exercise. Go to mypyramid.org and it will tell you what you should be eating. You must burn calories though! Your period will come back when you start eating well. This also happens if you exercise a lot. Womens bodies are very sensitive to changes, like stress, exercise, eating habits etc. If you don't get it then you need to go to the doctor to get checked out and get professional advise. Maybe they can refer you to a nutritionist. YOU need to take care of yourself! Do not skip meals or starve yourself! You can end up with a lot of health problems, dehydration, malnutrition, etc. Your body can only take so many beatings!

Amenorrhea or the absence of your mentruation is a side effect of malnutrition. This also happens when you exercise too much.

When you deny yourself nutrition, your body goes into starvation mode. Your metabolism slows down and conserves calories which explains your weight gain.

If you want to lose weight, do it the proper way, by eating regular small portioned meals that are well balanced and stop playing games with your metabolism. What you're doing is not healthy at all.

well skipping a meal like breakfast means your body hasn't woken up. Your body needs food in the morning to get it up to speed, if you don't then its gonna run really slowly, so its over absorbing anything that you have eaten recently or since then. And as for your periods, you should go see a doctor.

You cannot skip meals to loose weight it is unhealthy and WON'T work. They will probably become regular again if you go back to eating reguraly. See a doctor to be sure though.
