it did for me for a few weeks. i had a bad trip and my perception of reality was all out of whack. i had notions that there was a 'veil over reality'. (kinda like the whole idea behind the matrix plot)
i did research and found out i wasnt the only one who had this kind of... 'wake up call'
after a while the paranoia left me, though time to time i think about all that stuff
i never did LSD again after that though, haha
ive done shrooms a bunch too, those are less intense and more fun. i dont do those anymore either tho
I dont recommend doing any of these, but if you do, just make sure you put yourself in a positive environment if you are going to do any of those drugs.

Actually, for about 12 hours, it expanded the perception of reality. But it goes away.

It depends on who took it and what they thought about it.
I'd say that in my experience it made me realize how much our whole idea of reality is a product of how our the neural signals from our senses are being processed in our brains.

Except for the flashbacks and brain damage I think it was worth the experience, it does change the way you think when and after you do it.
