soez, I sent you an email on that one. You have 20 guppies in a 10 gallon tank. Guppies are not massive fish in size, but if your tank wasn't cycled out, you need to check your ammonia and nitrite levels as indicated in your email I sent you. Also, that with that many guppies, and they start spawning, you're liable to end up with 200 guppies in a months time. The ones now either have NTD neon tetra disease, just check on thier skin coloration, or probably if the tank was not cycled out, ammonia exposure.

Can you give us some more information? Like how big is your tank, how many fish are in it, what kinds of fish, how long the tank has been set up, if it's cycled, and if you've been testing your ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates, doing water changes, and all that good stuff.

Did you cycle your tank before putting them in?
here is some info on how to do that
http://www.firsttankguide.net/cycle.php
Check your ammonia and nitrite levels, if they are not at "0" your tank is not cycled
Hope that helps
good luck

Update:
Well, since you don't have a heater, that's the reason they die
They are very sensitive fish and need to be between 76-82 degrees, and even with roomtemperature the temperature falls at night

Did you test for ammonia, nitrite, or nitrate? Did you use dechlorinator? Answer these questions, and someone might be able to help you. Email me if you want.

you probably migh want to buy a test kit to test your wter in your tank.... if there are alot of chemicals in the water, that could be the problem... your first step would be to test your tank water...

it can be from bad stock, if you buying them from the same LFS then the may be bad.
Also what are ur water parameters? and tankmates?
All are factors which can lead to dead fish.
