You're drinking on the beach with your friends, it's evening and getting darker and colder out. The families have gone home and they're closed the public bathrooms.
When you need to pee, what do you do?
The water is cold with no sun and plus you've been drinking so swimming isn't really safe... a few possibilities I thought of:
- pee on the beach
- pee in the sand dunes
- walk up to the closed bathrooms & pee beside them in the weeds
- walk up to the parking lot and pee at the side of the car
What would you do?

It's dark! Just walk away from the party and pee. No one can see anything 'important" when it is dark.

If it grew to become into too chilly to get in the water then i could walk out of sight of each and every person (in the back of a dune or shape or motor vehicle, and so on and pee...normally right here in FL nevertheless the water is heat as is the night breeze so this is not any huge deal to bypass into the Gulf to pee (that's what we do as quickly as we are on the coastline during the day...esp if at a coastline the place there are no restrooms)

the beach is safe, but possibly public
the dunes is bad for wildlife, the coastline, and carries a costly fine
peeing next to close bathrooms carries the benefit of letting the people who run them know there is a need off hours, but carries the bad of letting the authorities know people are using the beach after hours and that they are an unclassy bunch
next to the car is the best bet. provides some visual protection, maybe some squatting support. parking lot is already envirnmentally ruined, and the fine is the same as pissing in public

U are lucky...public bathrooms at the beach.
But peein at the beach shouldn't be too hard. Go in the water about waist deep and just do it...no one can see nothin. And if like some people say, u can get in trouble for peein at the beach (that's funny BTW), then they can't see u peein if u are waist deep in the water.

Most people that read this question have been where you are. I can say I've been there oh yes I've been there. First you can get a fine if you're caught(peeing in public, fine.) I would do just what you would do.

if your on a public beach after hours expect to get arrested. once the park is closed the cops will be patrolling. if they find you you wll be arrested for public drunkenness its illegal to have alcohol on the beach. and for peeing in public,
you get in your car and drive to a gas station
never been in this position never will

any of your options are fine i would say. i'd probably just pee at the nearest place i could find without being completely exposed.
