Infinity has NO limit. It is the very definition of infinity. Perhaps you are confusing what we think might be infinite and what actually is. Those who believe space is infinite actually believe there is no end/edge. To proponents of the Big Bang and other finite universe models, it only appears to be so.

I kind of get what you are saying, but it only works in certain cases.
In math when you take the limit of x, you get infinity.
And we know it gos to infinity. 1,2,3,4,5.....
Since our numbering system is also infinite we know the counting goes on forever.
Infinity in terms of space is an assumption. We can make the assumption that space goes on forever but it is really limited to what we know. In this case your idea is correct because we will never be able to prove that space goes on forever.
Infinity is a strange theoretical place. To add a little more spin; if you believe that space is infinite, by sheer odds you guarantee the existence of aliens.

Just becuase our minds cant process the amount infinite, doesnt mean that is the limit. In other words, just because your mind has a limit, doesnt mean infinity does also.

If you want to talk about infinity, the first place to start is God.
Let me explain how we came to be.
Say I were to make a video game. A two-dimensional tank game.
We all know we live in a three dimensional world (hight, width, depth).
These tanks in the game then would only have hight and width, no depth. All you saw was the side of the tanks, and they were infinitely thin (no depth).
The tanks in that game could never come out of that game into a three-dimensional world. They would be bound to those two dimensions. They would not be able to even conceive what a world it would be like to live in a three dimensional universe.
I could do anything I wanted with the game. I made it, so then I would know everything about it and change it however I wished, right?
Now, replace me with God, and replace the tanks with people and replace the game with this world and this life. Make sense?
See, God created all of us into these three dimensions- hight, width, and depth- along with the fourth dimension of time. That is why He is all powerful, all knowing, and everywhere. He is not bound to what we see, hear, or even think. But He can change anything He wishes.
One common question posed by many people is that if there was an all-powerful, all knowing, everywhere God, how come we have wars? How come children starve? How come there are terrorists?
Say you had two friends. The first one was forced to love you because you forced him to. The second friend had decided to love you out of free choice. Which one would you feel loved by more? The second one, right? Of course.
God created man with a free will, so man could choose to love God, instead of being like robots doing whatever He said. And that's the story of how we got here.
That is how God is infinite.

The very definition of infinity is that it has no limit, so there isn't a limit to not understand.

Infinity is defined as "an unbounded quantity that is greater than every real number." No bound means no limit. In other words, you are quite wrong.

I understand what you are saying. However, just because you don't know something doesn't mean it doesn't exist. For example: just because we don't know if there is a solar system beyond ours, doesn't mean that space isn't infinite. I hope that makes sense.

my thoughts? you don't know what you are talking about, yet post about it. yes, perhaps you are going crazy. thinking about infinity drove Cantor crazy, and he knew what he was talking about. good luck!
