Yes, connection was working. Yes, the wired connections are working, because I am on the internet with the PC that is connected to the router, so I believe it is not the router. Yes, the router is broadcasting. I know that is the PC not recognizing it because under Network Connections it shows a red x and says it is not connected. Also, when I try to see the wireless connections through windows, it says that there are no wireless signals and refers me to a microsoft KB article that describes tabs and options my computer is not showing.

you sure the router is broadcasting? you sure the system has the wireless enabled? Are you out of Range?

If your using Windows Zero Configuration, what does it say when you search for availble networks?

It really depends upon the fault. More info would have helped a lot.

We need to know:

1. Did it work before?
2. Are other pcs on your LAN working? Are they wired or wireless?
3. Did you change anything on the router configuration?
4. Can you access with a wired connection?
5. Did you lose power and this force a router reboot when power returned? If so it may be it lost the config because it was not properly saved.
6. How do you know the pc cannot access the router? If the internet connection is down the problem could be a failure of the WAN port or the ISP. Did you ping the router default gateway to determine this?

As you can see we need a lot more data to help.

I suggest you run a wired connection to the router and access it. Access the router and make sure it works under wired link and address configurations to make it work if needed. Then reconfigure wireless on the router and copy the config on the pcs.

Write with more details if you are stuck.
