the 'smoke' that is coming from the air conditioning vents is a normal condition and nothing to be concerned about. It is essentially the cold air that is being blown out of the vents causing the warm moist air inside the car to condense. It is the same thing that happens when you open a refrigerator freezer and blow the warm air from your lungs into the freezer, or, why you can "see your breath" on a cold day, or for that matter, the same reason that clouds form in the sky.

the condition is more noticable on very humid days and I would venture to guess that the "problem" goes away after driving the car for a few minutes as the interior cools down.
there is absoluetly nothing to be done to 'fix' this normal condition.

As far as the hard time starting the car, we could use more by the way of details--does it happen all the time or just after driving and shutting the car off? Is the car slow to turn over or does it turn over at normal speeds but not fire up? If it cranks strong but doesn'f fire, then when was the last time you had the valves adjusted, the distributor cap and rotor replaced and the spark plugs replaced? To make any suggestions would be assumptive at best but if you haven't done the maintenance its a good place to start. the more info you can provide the easier it is to help you.

hope that helps

worldwide warming is in accordance with statistics of climates worldwide extensive. Like a prior answer reported, you're mistaking climate with climate. climate is short-term, climate is long-term.
