It depends what weedkiller you used. Some will only kill the green tops and not the roots. You need a systemic weedkiller to get into the roots of some perennial weeds - even then it may take two or three applications to kill them completely. Weeds that continue to grow from seed are another problem. There are weed killing solutions which will remain at or near the surface of the soil and prevent any other seeds from sprouting.
Ask your local hardware store for a product which will keep a driveway clear of weeds.

If the weeds are in cracks of sidewalks, or away from your plants, you can just pour boiling water on them or use vinegar.
Vinegar is used as an inexpensive, environmentally safe herbicide for spot treatment on organic farms. For the toughest weeds you may have to apply it several times. If you spray when it's sunny, dilute it, or buy a stronger grade than household vinegar, it works quicker & is the most effective.
Researchers found that 5- and 10-percent concentrations killed weeds during their first two weeks of life. Older, tougher weeds may need repeated applications or a stronger concentration than the 5% concentration of household vinegar. By distilling household vinegar, a 15% concentration can be obtained. Adding some liquid soap increases the coverage ability of vinegar & makes household vinegar more effective.
You can also put a thick mulch with newspapers or plastic under it around you rocks. Mulches, such as wood chips, can be very decorative, too.
Good luck! Hope this helps.

One of the best ways to get rid of weeds permanenty is to pull them out with the root. It's a lot of work though. If you leave roots in the ground many plants will grow back from the root and that really sucks. I find that if you wet the ground beforehand pulling them out is easier. (although muddier) Having a small shovel handy will also help.

Try a glyfosate based product - just read the instructions carefully. Sorry, cannot give brand names as I do not know where you are from. Can you describe the weeds - it will certainly help. Are the monocots or dicots.

Simple, just cut the yard every week, or just pave the lawn with concrete mixture, (cement). It is impossible to get rid of them without doing what i suggested.
