Spitting on someone is legally considered an assault and if a person was willing to go the extra mile they could go as far as they wanted with it.
Personally, I wouldn't care since anyone who would do something so disgusting is in far worse shape then the act and that pitiful person deserves no response or time wasted upon them. What goes around comes around so if an individual sows nothing but evil ; it will just come back to them eventually.
