This issue is particularly relevant to India where parents are anxious to get their daughters married no sooner than they come of age. Sometimes the girls do not even know the meaning of marriage at their age nor the sort of partner they would have in their lifetime. In such cases it is the greedy/over zealous parents who are to be blamed.

Communication is the key. Talk about what you want in your life before you're married (huge) as well as after. More than anything, work hard and remember the vows you swore to uphold.

I totally agree with the saying "Marry in haste..Repent at leisure." Many people get married too young- or for the wrong reasons, IMO.
Not everybody should get married- or have children, either.
Sadly, we live in an age where "liberty" and "individual choice" are confused with making dumb choices. And the unfortunate kids- the ones who need most care and help- are the ones who pay the price of the adults' mistakes.

Marriage is a crap shoot.
I have a lot more to say about this, but it'll have to wait until after I get off work. Just wanted to get this much in -
In case you were thinking of closing this question - Don't. Not yet.

Where is the leisure, hey, mate, after that marriage in haste! Just think it yourself, after hanging, what happens, and, after marriage what happens to your life, just think, they are two different things! no comparison! what measures can you take, maybe start meditating, do yoga, try to find peace by all possible means.......good luck to you!

Know who you are marrying and marry someone who has the same visions and goals for the future that you have.
