Would the bridges last a long time or fall pretty quickly?

Never. They would sit down, claim that their employee rights have been violated, burn a flag in protest, and collect Workman's comp for pain and suffering from the blisters holding the burning flag.

In the USA? A week... two weeks tops. All the Dems' generosity could take their 'bridge talents' around the world and fix all the bridges!

Send Speaker Nancy Pelosi with 'em. She thinks she's the Secretary of State anyway.

Actually, nothing would ever get done. The dumbs would opt to form blue ribbon commissions to look into who to blame. They would then prepare 1,000 page reports that accomplish nothing other than to mention how wonderful the commission members are. They would then go on every talk show on the planet peddling their brilliance. In the end, what little construction that was undertaken would be an abject failure.

Yesterday Sam --- we could have gotten them built yesterday if every liberal on welfare and living with his Mom would have built them.

GREAT POINT about them not being structurally sound though. We would have to have some Republicans watching them (as usual) to see that they didn't slack-off and cut corners.

And we are going to pay for that how? The Republicans do not care if people die, as long as their taxes are $1.45 less....

Given that they don't seem to be able to do anything without the govt jumping in, I don't think they'd ever get done.
